Crown of Skulls (Tibet)
Elegant yet slightly macabre ornaments like this would have been worn by oracle-priests or by lamas during special rituals when they were dressed as bodhisattvas. This small one was most certainly used for a statue of a protector-deity of the oracle-cult.
